CAD/Pattern Making/Pattern Maker

　　Job Description:

　　Kunming Fengling Garment Co., Ltd. is currently the largest garment‑manufacturing enterprise in Kunming, with a registered capital of RMB 7 million. The company primarily produces work uniforms for large state‑owned enterprises in Yunnan Province. To support its ongoing business expansion, it is now recruiting 1–2 pattern makers nationwide. The job requirements are as follows:

　　1. Responsible for producing sample patterns for each style according to the designers’ specifications, proficient in CAD pattern-making, and possessing 3–5+ years of experience in pattern-making.

　　2. Responsible for supervising the sample maker in producing sample garments;

　　3. Responsible for resolving issues related to pattern design and process quality.

　　4. Responsible for participating in quality control activities throughout the production process;

　　5. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

　　Qualifications:

　　1. Proficient in commonly used computer-aided apparel design and drafting software;

　　2. Graduated with a degree in Fashion Design and Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in computer-aided pattern making.

　　3. 3–4+ years of experience in men’s and women’s apparel pattern-making;

　　4. Candidates holding relevant skills-training certifications will be given priority.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

　　Candidates should possess broad thinking skills and strong hands-on abilities. The two-month probation period carries a salary of 4,000 yuan; upon successful completion of the probation, the base salary will be no less than 5,000 yuan.
