Recently, the International Wool Secretariat and Jiangsu Sunshine Group, the world’s largest wool textile enterprise, jointly unveiled their new professional‑wear wool fabric brand, “SUNDIVO,” at the Beijing Press Building. This milestone marks Jiangsu Sunshine Group’s (600220, stock forum) transition in the professional‑wear fabrics sector—from “Made in China” to “Created in China.”
Chen Lifen, chairwoman of the group, told reporters that she hopes this collaboration with the International Wool Secretariat will enable the Sundivo brand to secure a foothold in the global high-end professional‑wear fabric market. She also expressed the aspiration to leverage the International Wool Secretariat’s expertise and authoritative standing in the global textile industry to elevate China’s position and innovative edge in the fabrics and professional‑apparel sectors, while steadily advancing on the path to internationalization.
Wei Xiaoya, General Manager of the International Wool Secretariat for China, also stated that, as an international organization dedicated to fiber innovation and promotion, the International Wool Secretariat will continue to support China’s leading enterprises in their journey toward global competitiveness—transitioning from “Made in China” to “Created in China.”
